Cool It


As usual, the chicken littles are behind the curve: global cooling is now where it's at. In fact, I think we probably don't have to really worry about global warming until we start seeing heart-wrenching articles about polar bears suffering from hypothermia and frostbite.

Global cooling? Good news for me! I used to love knitting and crocheting sweaters and afghans while watching TV, but then sort of gave it up. After all, in the new Gorebal World of Heat, who needs warm clothes?

Maybe I can even find some polar bear spun yarn in one of those boutiques. Oh, wait. Maybe not.

That's a very good website, including the comments. Depressing, though, to think that higher energy prices seem inevitable. Global cooling will increase demand. Global warming will bring us expensive Emissions Trading Schemes.
