PARTIAL EXPIRATORY TRACHEAL GAS INSUFFLATION (TGI) REDUCES PaCO ...
I come across some strange things when I search the web for references to Paco Enterprises.
First of all, the first link leads back here. That's weirdness number one. Secondly, the second link leads to a scientific experiment I don't understand, but which involves mongel dogs, which upsets me because I plan to adopt one or two of those from the Humane Society sometime in the spring (when housebreaking is optimal). That's weirdness number two, and you should be ashamed of yourself. Thirdly, I didn't go any farther, because Paco Enterprises is plenty otherworld and entertaining enough, thanks.

Oh, now I see what you're talking about. I went back to the article and browsed through it.
You won't find those kind of lab experiments at Paco Labs. We only use convicted Chicago politicians.
