They don't write their own legislation they have policy wonks that do it plus a big helping hand from special interests that probably "suggest" certain wording. Waxman admitted he didn't know what was in the cap and tax bill because he didn't write it.

It's stunning to me that Conyers would say that in public. Are they that foolish to think we aren't paying attention? Richard have you tried to read the bill, it very difficult to understand.
