Tim Geithner: “Let me make this as clear as mud”

Graduate of Dartmouth and John Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies. Former president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Currently, Secretary of the Treasury. Knowledgeable in the Mandarin and Japanese languages.

And yet, strangely incoherent in his native English…

Never confuse education with intelligence.

Further......

Knowledgeable in the Mandarin and Japanese languages.

You mean, sorta like that Australian ex-prime minister, whatshisname, Crud?

Mandarin and Japanese are excellent for talking around a subject. English, less so.

I would guess he said exactly what he wanted to say on the subject....nothing.
He just needs a lot more practice at talking his way around questions, if he ever wants to be a politician.

Give the man a break. It's obvious he's mentally slow. He can't even use TurboTax properly.

Was that politico? What is politico?

Whatever it is, it's obviously not considered to be worth a lot of thought.

We've got a way to go yet.
