Twenty-nine percent of likely voters are stupid, insane or not paying attention
Among those not affiliated with either major party, 21% offer good or excellent reviews, while 55% say poor.
This is the demographic I watch most closely, people who aren't committed to an ideology. These are the people who will vote according to their actual perception (or not vote at all, which is just as helpful).
As for the 29%, I reckon those are the people voting skin color, leftist ideology, or mindless generationalism (i.e., dad and grandpa voted that way). Like the poor, they are with us always.

They're voting their dole checks or their gummint jobs.
They're stupid, insane, AND not paying attention.
29% = stuck on stupid.
