I thought it was going to be a security cam video not from a guy who filmed himself being rude and then thought it was so awesome he had to upload it for everyone to see. The Chick-Fil-A employee deserves good words for remaining polite and professional and not telling him to go chick-fil-atio himself.
While it is possible he is just a self-centered ass who enjoys treating other people poorly, I am cynical enough to realize he was probably trying to provoke an uncivil reaction from her so he could cry about how he is a poor, innocent victim.
