Doncha know? These days, our betters consider calling their spouses a "volunteer" ...... vulgar.

Although, come to think of it, you could call any floozie found during a bar crawl an "unpaid social liaison".

Man, I wish I could get some of that unpaid social liaison... every time I want some, they tell me I gotta pay for it. Nobody ever offers me a veteran's discount.

I'm with Steve. If anybody knows where to find these "unpaid social liaisons", let me know.

Darn! Just looked at the definition of liaison. One meaning is: a:communication for establishing and maintaining mutual understanding(as between parts of an armed force)b:one that establishes and maintains liaison

Oh. Nevermind.

Steve:
The 'veteran's discount' is supposed to be about military service, not about how much rumpty-bumpty expertise you claim to have.
