Many thanks to our veterans
And here's a classic tune from WWII that relates the daily travails of the GI:
My heartfelt thanks to all veterans who have served, and also to their families who had to stay behind (and are usually forgotten when thanks are being handed around).
Richard and I extend our deepest thanks to all vets and their families. Let us remember the fallen, and the POWs who have not come home. Most people aren't aware that there still POWs from Vietnam.
Supporting Operation Gratitude is a wonderful way to show your appreciation. There are many ways to help, but one of the easiest is letters. They just received a request for approximately 12,000 boxes. Sponsoring a box is $15.00, but sending whatever fits the budget is greatly appreciated.
