1st watch and 2nd watch should get together for a few drinks somewhere some night and then make a midnight raid throwing tomatoes at Rahm's front door. 3rd watch can then say, "Hey, we're not allowed on the front porch, how were we to know?" Imagine the screaming then.
Also, I doubt the Garden Lady hands the veggies off to Mrs. Rahm. More likely, they go to the head cook via the tradesmen's entrance.
